How does being queer inform your work?

Being queer in a design team at a large company - inclusivity is a main priority for me - both in my work and my work relationships. I find that collaboration is at it's peak when a team is diverse, it challenges our ways of thinking, it pushes us to be the most humble and empathetic versions of ourselves. We find ideas at the intersection of our identities.
