How does being queer inform your work?

My identity as a neurodivergent queer person is an ever-evolving, open-ended question, one that isn't for answering as much as exploring. I strive to document this journey through my art. I hope to become a children's book illustrator, and that my work will contribute to a future in which, through exposure to queer community, art, legacy, and culture, children will have the vocabulary and intuition to love every part of themselves.
