How does being queer inform your work?

Being queer is my life, it gives me the spirit to be who or what I want to be. I don't have to fit into a mold, and this travels into my design work. I can be more creative because of my identity.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

I love the 90's club kid scene, with people like Amanda Lepore and James St. James. I think it is often forgotten about but the colors and freedom they express takes my breath away.
