How does being queer inform your work?

I've grown up in an around queer communities and their support, as well as their colourful culture of acceptance has been a massive influence towards my passion around how positive communities form and self organise.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

I'm a big fan of experiential stuff, things that include you beyond observation. To that end I love Nicky Case's coming out simulator as a short experience that is both raw and insightful, while still being enjoyable to interact with.

Which other queer people inspire you?

Nicky Case as I love his design work, Sarah Drummond for her tireless activism towards better service design practice, Natalie Wynn as an amazing queer creative who's pieces around experiences of being transgender, as well as internet politics are magnificent. Angharad Yeo, for being so warm and entertaining. Satchel Drakes for his magnificent sense of design.
