How does being queer inform your work?

I think being queer informs everything I do! It makes me bright, colorful and resilient and I think that also reflects in my design!

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

I think that Keith Harring's designs have had a huge impact on mainstream society. It's really admirable and just such an iconic part of pop culture.

Which other queer people inspire you?

everyone! drag queens, club kids, people who aren't afraid to be their weirdest, truest, queerest self inspire me every day. anyone who is devoted to tackling the big barrier to access that is "professionality" and opening doors for all types of queer and otherwise marginalized folks
