How does being queer inform your work?

The open-minded aspect of being queer gives me a sense of freedom I don't think I would otherwise have. Creativity knows no boundaries, It expands above and beyond borders.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

My favorite piece of queer visual culture is, (please don't judge me) without question, "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", because it introduced me to the notion of being queer and out and fabulous all at the same time. There are plenty of valuable artistic pieces throughout history. RHPS brought queerness home, for me, ultimately changing my life.
