I am passionate about implementing neuroscience principles and visual technology in the design process.

How does being queer inform your work?

Being queer has influenced us to go beyond physical accessibility and ensure that all genders, sexualities and beyond feel comfortable in digital and physical spaces from copy, to bathroom design, and systems.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

Queen Art Non Profit is one of my favorite communities in visual culture since it is cross disciplinary. I also love how inclusive *most* visual culture is and has been historically compared to other industries. We have the ability to make an impact in digital media, design, spaces and systems.

Which other queer people inspire you?

Nancy Andrews and Frida Kahlo are my favorite queer artists and historical voices. They broke barriers and were strong, unwavering voices. Their examples provide me with courage to be bold and outspoken for queer rights and treatment in the world.
