How does being queer inform your work?

Being queer reminds me that there are a lot of perspectives out there, and often times they don't feel encouraged to speak up - especially in workplace enviornments. I try to lead and create a diverse/safe-place environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their voice.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

For me - I am inspired everyday by the tons and tons of queer creatives expressing their true selves and who are not stifled by others. I can't say i have one particular piece, but I enjoy our Pride and BYT sponsorship and the work we're able to do as a brand in that space.

Which other queer people inspire you?

This is going to sound silly, but I recently joined TikTok and the younger generation who are loud and proud and stand up for themselves to their family, friends and TikTok - it has been an inspiration to see.
