Which other queer people inspire you?

Being gay in a heternormative world has taught me kindness and compassion — you can call it an asset or a defense mechanism or both. With respect to my work, I use my personality as a means to connect with colleagues and clients. Design is very hard for people; anything borderline subjective makes business-types nervous. So I use conviviality as a method for discussion, accepting critique, and implementing feedback.
