I'm lesbian and a multidisciplinary designer passionate about creating impactful products, interfaces and illustrations.

How does being queer inform your work?

Being a lesbian woman can enhance design by promoting representation, empathy, and challenging stereotypes. It fosters a deeper understanding of LGBTQ+ experiences, encourages inclusive designs, and provides a platform for advocacy within the creative field.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

I enjoy appreciating different types of art, and in this sense, having artists who question and represent issues related to sexuality and gender is essential both on an identification level and in expanding my artistic repertoire.

Which other queer people inspire you?

Among the artists I admire, I particularly enjoy Catherine Opie's photography, appreciate Kara Walker's work in visual arts and collages, and am a fan of Virginia Woolf's literature.
