Freelance Animator/Storyteller interested in getting to the heart of things. I enjoy collaborating on all stages from concept to completion!

How does being queer inform your work?

Being queer means emphasis on community care, working on projects that serve the community or can help in some way. And nurturing the people I work with and am in community with too. My queerness and "heart-centeredness" go hand in hand. Also, surrendering to my own path even if it is unusual or non-linear. I love learning and practicing wildly different artistic mediums, driving many seemingly unrelated personal projects. Each project informs my future work!

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

Independent Zines! Keith Haring's work is classic. I am so entertained and entranced by RuPaul's Drag Race. A League of Their Own (2022) created by Abbi Jacobson and Will Graham takes queer storytelling up in intensity and execution.
