How does being queer inform your work?

Being queer means my viewpoint has always been more questioning, open, and curious. I love exploring visual ideas with questions and curiosity vs preconceived ideas. I love illustrating queer sensuality and the intense emotions that come with being queer. I think it imbues my work with a sensuality, emotional depth and tenderness, even if I'm designing something relatively straightforward.

What are your favorite pieces of queer visual culture?

Untitled by Félix González-Torres has affected me since I first saw it when I was 18. Maybe it's weird to say it's a favorite, but it's certainly one of the most important pieces of queer art to me personally.
