I am a bisexual woman living in Azerbaijan. Two years ago, I was fired from my last job because of the LGBTQ+ flag on the back of my phone. Later, I started learning UX/UI design. It's very difficult to find a job because it's a small city. Even if I do find one, I have to constantly hide my orientation. In the world I desire, diversity is celebrated, there is no hatred, and people can express themselves freely. Being queer motivates me to challenge norms, embrace diversity, and advocate for inclusivity in all aspects of my work, enriching my design process.
